Austin Waldorf School
-
The Austin Waldorf School, the only Waldorf school in Texas, is an educational oasis serving the entire state with kindergarten through grade twelve, adult education programs, eurythmy performances, fairs and festivals.
Our 44-member, highly dedicated faculty has worked diligently to create a burgeoning Waldorf school in the heart of Texas. Since 1980 we have fine-tuned and expanded our academic, foreign language and artistic programs to provide a breadth and depth of experience, challenging as well as nurturing students at every grade level. We have tended our administrative organization, faculty support process and areas of parent involvement with the same high standards.

Eurythmy Spring Valley
-
The work of the Ensemble has grown steadily since its inception ten years ago. Each performance season has generally included two tours in different regions of the United States, Canada or Europe. Because eurythmy is just beginning to be known in North America, our work, along with that of many other eurythmists established here, is still very much in its "pioneering" stages. Besides our extensive touring to other countries and regions, we perform regularly in the Northeast corridor of the United States for many different types of audiences. One project that is very close to our hearts is that of bringing performances into hospitals and special care facilities.

Arts Center Stage
-
Arts Center Stage was founded in 1997 with a mission of creating a home for Austin's community-based performing arts organizations. That mission is being embodied by the transformation of aging Palmer Auditorium into the Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long Center for the Performing Arts. Overlooking Town Lake and downtown Austin, Long Center will be a state-of-the art center featuring superior acoustics, a breathtaking architectural design and a spectacular park setting. The $89 million project will be 100 percent privately funded. ARTS is undertaking the fundraising, design and construction of Long Center, and will manage it after it opens in 2004.
